About the event
This 45-minute taster, run by Union member Jonathan Bannister, is for leaders, founders, HR and L&D professionals, team leads, facilitators and anyone curious about how LEGO Serious Play (LSP) can help groups think, talk and work better together.
Rather than listening to a presentation, you’ll build, share and experience the method directly.
LSP is a facilitated approach that helps people make their thinking visible. It can be especially useful when teams need to explore complex challenges, surface different perspectives, strengthen alignment, improve communication or just move beyond the usual meeting dynamics.
No previous experience is needed. Just come ready to take part.
Coffee and tea will be available from 8.30 am. The session starts at 9 am and will run for 45 minutes.
