Preview Monday 17th November, 6.00-8.30
The Union Club is honoured to present ‘Some Recent Paintings’ by acclaimed artist Nick de Ville.
This bold new body of work captures the glamour, absurdity, and spectacle of modern life, where politics, pop culture, and power collide.
Highlights include ‘Amerika’, featuring Taylor Swift and Beyoncé as towering cultural icons, and ‘Ubu Potos’, a satirical take on Donald Trump’s theatre of self-importance.
Join us for the Private View on Monday 17th November, celebrating the exhibition and the launch of de Ville’s new book Abstraction and Other Tales of Art and Impropriety. Signed copies will be available.
