COCKTAILS WITH COSMIN: Agave

It's time to tackle tequila and mix it up with mezcal.

Longer term members may recall we already dabbled in the agave world a few years ago... but when the drinks are this good, there's no reason not to repeat an experience.

In this summery session we'll of course consider some of the classics of the genre, the Margarita, the Paloma, etc... but we'll also go more exotic for those who fancy it. (If you want to stick with perfecting what you already know and love, that's completely fine too.)

After a tiny bit of learning, you have the option to step behind the bar and mix up your drinks yourself or let Cosmin craft them to your exact specifications.

As always, it’s a wonderful way to kickstart the weekend. Book a table for dinner at the Union afterwards or head out into the Soho night with your fellow drinks-lovers.
