It’s time to head across the Channel for our next masterclass. Following our deep dive into vermouth, we’re turning our attention to the prestigious world of French Brandies, the storied spirits that define European distilling excellence.

In this session, we’ll be exploring the nuances of terroir and fruit, from the sun-drenched vineyards of the South to the apple orchards of the North. You’ll have the opportunity to taste four distinct spirits including Rémy Martin VSOP Cognac, Boulard Calvados and Janneau VSOP Armagnac.

Whether you’re curious about why Cognac rules the world or how an apple becomes a complex spirit, Cosmin will be on hand to guide you through the history, distillation, and traditions of each. Our cocktail events are relatively hands-off - you're welcome to ask as many questions as you like, but if you prefer to focus on creating and enjoying the drinks, you can do that too.

Once you've found your favorite, you can enjoy it in a refreshing highball or a stirred classic cocktail - with the option to step behind the bar and mix it yourself or let Cosmin craft one to your exact specifications.
