About the event
It's been a while, but our cocktail classes are back, and this time we're looking at vermouth - the fortified, aromatised wine you're probably most familiar with as one third of a negroni, or perhaps an aperitif whilst on holidays.
In this session, you'll have time to taste five separate vermouths (Select, Martini Rubino, Punt e Mes, Lillet, and Italicus) and enjoy your favourite in a spritz and a classic (or not so classic) cocktail.
Cosmin will be on hand to answer questions and guide you through the tasting, and you'll have the option of creating your cocktail yourself or having Cosmin mix one up for you to your specifications.
As always, a wonderful way to kickstart the weekend. Book a table for dinner at the Union afterwards or explore further into Soho, and mingle with your fellow drinks-lovers of the Club.
