PART TIME BOOK-KEEPING AND PAYROLL (FREELANCE)

20 hours per week – at least 2 days on site in Soho
Reports to the Managing Director
£19 per hour

Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
· AAT fully qualified
· Double entry bookkeeping is absolutely essential (the real thing, not just data entry)
· Proficient (not just familiar) with Xero and cloud accounting
· Trial balances, balance sheet, P&L
· Basic understanding of company compliance requirements
· Understanding of tax (VAT, PAYE, Corp Tax, P11D, deductible expenses)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
· Solid time management and organisational skills
· A proactive problem solver demonstrating accountability and integrity
· Hospitality sector experience (including events) is preferred but not essential
