After all, we didn’t want to let all that pre-Christmas cocktail training go to waste!
Ben has kindly obliged with a cocktail he’s been drinking a lot of recently, the espresso martini… with a little twist of course.
TOFFEE ESPRESSO MARTINI
Prepare your coffee and leave to cool.
Add all the liquid ingredients to a shaker, adding the coffee last.
Shake very hard. This will create a nice thick froth, then pour into a glass with a brisk and swift action to allow the frothy foam to land on top.
If using, arrange your coffee beans atop the froth.
